Step into the role of winemaker for an evening and create a wine that is uniquely yours!

Join Airfield Estates winemaker Travis Maple for a fun, interactive blending experience where you’ll taste through individual wines, learn how each varietal influences aroma, structure, flavor, and balance, and discover how our winemaking team brings those elements together to create the final blend.

Then it’s your turn... Experiment, taste, adjust, and craft your own custom wine blend under Travis's guidance. Once you’ve created your perfect blend, we’ll bottle it for you to take home, complete with your own customizable label. You’ll also have the opportunity to order additional bottles of your custom blend to enjoy later or share with friends and family.

It’s a one-of-a-kind evening for wine lovers of all experience levels—and a chance to see winemaking from an entirely new perspective.
