Rates vary by guest count and are subject to change until confirmed at booking.
Your Rental Includes:
- A private, indoor event space reserved for your group
- Round tables, banquet tables, and folding chairs
- Wine glassware and staff to serve and support your event
- Barrel lighting that creates a warm, inviting ambiance
- One complimentary hour of early access for setup and decorating
- 30 minutes post-event for cleanup and load-out
Optional Add-Ons:
Enhance your event with optional upgrades, including:
- Linens, patio access, and additional venue spaces
- Audio equipment, microphone, and TV access
- Additional setup or cleanup time
Food & Beverage:
- All wine and alcohol must be provided and served by Airfield Estates
- Beer, seasonal frosés, soda, sparkling water, and charcuterie plates available
- Outside catering is welcome; all food must be commercially prepared
- Complimentary water is provided.
Planning Notes:
To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable event:
- Decorations must be free-standing (nothing attached to walls)
- Glitter, confetti, sparklers, and open flames are not permitted
- All décor, food, and personal items must be removed at the end of the event
Availability:
Our venue operates as a tasting room during the day:
- Daytime events are limited to 40 guests
- Events with 41+ guests are held after hours to provide a more private experience
