What's Included
Your wedding rental includes everything you need to create a beautiful and seamless celebration:
- A private event space suited for intimate ceremonies to larger receptions
- Round tables, banquet tables, and chairs
- Wine stemware and staff to serve and support your event
- Warm string lighting on wine barrels, creating a romantic ambiance
- Decorating time available the day prior (during business hours)
- Up to 2 hours of early access on event day for vendor setup and final preparations
- One hour post-event for cleanup, packing, and vendor load-out
Optional Add-Ons
Enhance your celebrations with optional upgrades:
- Black Linens
- Crush Pad (Back Patio) Rental
- Tower Room for pre-event photos or a private lounge
- Wine Cellar use (if not included in package)

Planning Details
To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable event:
- All alcohol is supplied and served by Airfield Estates.
- Complimentary water is provided. Beer, seasonal frosés, soda, and sparkling water are optional.
- Couples may bring in the licensed caterer of their choice.
- We do not offer in-house catering, kitchen facilities, or food-prep space.
- Wedding parties are encouraged to arrive prepared and photo-ready, as we do not provide a dedicated bridal or groom suite
- Decorations must be free-standing (nothing attached to walls)
- Glitter, confetti, loose petals, bubbles, sparklers, and open flames are not permitted
- LED candles and fairy lights are welcome
- All décor, food, and personal items must be removed at the end of the event
An Exclusive Evening Celebration
Because our venue operates as a tasting room during the day, weddings and receptions are held after business hours, ensuring a private, relaxed, and uninterrupted experience for you and your guests.
Minimum rental: 3 hours
Maximum rental: 4 hours
