Tomato/ melon Napoleon with Burrata and mint

Chioggia Beet salad with fresh basil, red onion, and olives finished with pistachios, balsamic reduction, and olive oil

Freshly Baked Focaccia Bread
with butter of the month, a seasonally inspired house-made compound butter

WSU Cougar Gold Cheese, Apple, and Onion Soup finished with the perfect wine and a sprig of thyme

Roasted Leg of Lamb over roasted fingerling potatoes and roasted Fall squash rings with a rich red wine glaze

Vegetarian Option (in lieu of the lamb)
Flash fried tofu cakes on a bed of roasted red pepper coulis finished with tomatillo pico de gallo and cracked black pepper
served with entrée side dishes
