2010 Riesling

The majority of the fruit for this wine was sourced from some of the oldest vines on our family farm, planted in 1979. This Riesling exhibits a perfumed floral bouquet leading to flavors of white peach & citrus fruit. With exceptional balance of delicate sweetness & fresh natural acidity, this elegant light white pairs well with shellfish & lighter poultry or pork entrées.

2010 Mustang

57% Syrah, 19% Grenache, 13% Mourvedre, 9% Cinsault, & 2% Counoise

This Rhone style red blend lends complexity to both the nose and the palate. Concentrated flavors of blackcurrant emerge with underlying hints of white pepper, truffle, and toasted oak. Full-bodied with velvety tannins and a smooth, well-balanced finish, this wine pairs impeccably with grilled meats, wild game, robust cheeses, and richly flavored pastas.

2010 Spitfire

60% Sangiovese, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc

Made in the style of a Super Tuscan blend, this wine imparts aromas of cherry, spice, and toasted oak. Lively acidity stimulates the mid-palate while dark concentrated flavors and firm tannins round out the finish. This blend is a perfect match for tomato-based dishes, such as pizza or pasta, and other hearty Italian fare.
