2017 Airport Ranch Red This blend is a celebration of our 50th anniversary of growing wine grapes. A harmonious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot displays the best of the red varietals we grow at Airport Ranch Estate Vineyard. Complex aromatics of cassis, marionberry, and sweet pipe tobacco entice the palate as it leads into layers of dried fig, sandalwood and hints of roasted espresso. The finish is silky with notes of sweet barrel spice that lingers on the palate.
2016 Hellcat A balanced blend of tempranillo and syrah that showcases bright aromatics of fresh boysenberry, tart blueberries with a hint of currant and fresh fig. The introduction to the palate is voluptuous with secondary flavors of black truffle and freshly ground nutmeg and a touch of cocoa powder. The wine exits the palate with lush tannins and a finish that is silky smooth.
